"White Bean and Chicken Soup" Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz. dry beans
- 8 oz. shredded chicken
- 8 oz. shredded kale
- 8 C. water or more
- 4 tsp. vegetable broth seasoning (low sodium)
- 6 oz. tomato paste (low sodium)
Directions
Follow directions on bag of dry beans. When they are almost tender add cooked and shredded chicken and kale plus tomato paste and seasoning. Add more water if it is cooking down. Makes about 14 serrvings.
