"Super Easy Low Fat Carb Free Spicy Prawns" Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 packet of frozen or fresh prawns (i.e. shrimp), about 225 g net weight
- 1 calorie olive oil spray
- All purpose seasoning (I use Aromat, but you may prefer to use one without MSG, though the results are superb!)
- A dash of cayenne pepper
- Optional: milled pepper
- Optional: for a more indulgent, but still carb free variation, cook in a little butter
Directions
- Thoroughly defrost (if frozen) and drain prawns (i.e. shrimp).
- Coat a medium sized frying pan with olive oil spray.
- Add the prawns (i.e. shrimp) and cook on a medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until pink throughout but still tender, seasoning to taste with the seasoning and cayenne. Be sure not to overcook as they will go rubbery.
- If cooking with butter and using lemon juice, turn up the heat slightly at the end to reduce all the liquid down to a thick sauce that will coat the prawns. It's delicious!.
