To perform a set of exercise ball leg tuck:
Start with your arms and legs fully extended, your hands directly beneath your shoulders and your feet on an exercise ball. The trunk should be in a neutral position.
Without moving your trunk, bring your knees toward your chest until they are perpendicular to the ground and at 90 degrees with your body. Remember to breathe normally throughout the entire movement.
Pause at the bottom position for a 1sec count while maintaining full body tension.
Without moving your hips, straighten your legs until your knees are again in line with your hips and shoulders. Remember to breathe normally throughout the entire movement.
Repeat steps 1 through 4 until you have completed the desired number of exercise ball leg tuck repetitions before resting your feet on the ground.
This completes one set of exercise ball leg tuck.
